Schotter Pflug Modell 157 / Ballast Plow Model 157

Der neue Schotterpflug mit hydraulisch verstellbaren Planierschildern – Typ 157.

Das Gerät wurde speziell für den Einsatz im Gleis entwickelt. Er kann je nach Stellung der Planierschilder dazu verwendet werden, um Schotter zu sammeln und zu befördern

( V-Stellung) und um Schotter über die Schiene zu transportieren; der Schotter kann dabei von innen nach außen oder von außen nach innen gebracht werden. Durch die hydraulisch verstellbaren Planierschilder ist ein flexibles und komfortables Arbeiten möglich. Als Trägergerät wird ein Zweiwegebagger verwendet, der den Schotterpflug vor sich herschiebt. Anstatt eines Tieflöffels wird am Ausleger des Baggers einfach der Schotterpflug montiert. Der Schotterpflug ist speziell auf die Vortriebskraft gängiger Zweiwegebagger ausgelegt und wirkt so vorzeitigem Verschleiß der Antriebsräder und des gesamten Kraftstrangs entgegen.

This machine was specifically developed for use on railway tracks. Depending on the dozer blade position, it can be used to collect and transport ballast

(V-position) and to move ballast across the rail; the ballast can be moved from the inside to the outside or from the outside to the inside. The hydraulically adjustable dozer blades allow for flexible and comfortable operation. A road-rail excavator serves as the carrier vehicle, pushing the ballast plow in front of it. Instead of a backhoe bucket, the ballast plow is simply mounted on the excavator’s boom. The ballast plow is specifically designed for the tractive force of common road-rail excavators, thus preventing premature wear of the drive wheels and the entire powertrain.
